Make a level limit on a certain skill experience.

Warrior - warrior has high physique, medium wisdom, very low magic, and medium other skills. This means:

His physique experience is limited to 3/4 of his total experience.
His wisdom experience is limited to 2/4 of his total experience.
His Magic experience is limited to 1/8 of his total experience.
All other skills are limited to 2/4 of his total experience. When you gain experience in a skill, but it is not allowed, the experience will go to another skills. wisdom to magic and turned around. Physique to agility. Mental to Personality. All turned around. If both of them (i.e. wisdom and magic) are limited, it goes to any other, random, skill experience.
