There is already a Zombie head, so you could just make the enemy graphic be a graal person with the zombie head, and maybe have a vampire with the green head, and some demi-demons with the grey head with the red lines in it. Or some dead ghost town, with several houses like HH, and if you do some quest you get a gold key and other stuff, it can be redone but no more gold keys.
