From the research that we've found, they were built using the ordinary labor that they had those days (which was pulling extremley heavy bricks and stacking them on top of each other). It might seem that this explanation is extremley unlikely for such a monstruosity of a creation, but then again, the pyramid was a perfect geometrical figure when it was finished (which isn't the case for today's weathering and deterioration of the structure). I'm sure if the pyramids were as perfect today as they were back then, they would almost seem alien-like.

And do you know why? Think. They have games, constant events, sparring, pking, a good playerbase (which attracts new people = more people that play the server = higher playercount), pets, everything that would want to make a player come back over and over again. We might think of UN as a poor excuse of a playerworld when it comes to skill and quality on how it was made, but it was still successfull, nontheless.
