Conflicts can be allowed
to a point. That being everyone is mature enough to pertain in them enough that they don't: Act like 4 year olds, they don't fight with the different party, and they don't complain and start flame wars. Not everyone is going to agree on one thing, whats going to prevent them to use their -acceptable- free expression?
