I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but you really are hurting yourself. Heck while you're at it might as well blast me for "copying" SoM and SD3. Afterall, I plan on using a similar style of playing (not necessarily same kind of interface). I'm basing the "tech system" on SD3's special attack build-up-thingy.
While we're at it I think someone needs to file a lawsuit on behalf of the game developer who made the first FPS engine plus all the other developers that made unique games that a lot of other developers mimiced.
There's a difference between outright copying (that is using someone else's hard work as your own aka theft) and using similar style (that is basing and idea upon something else yet using your own interpretation and implementation; its similar yet different in its own way making it original).
The point you stand on to accuse Konidias from is really non-existant.
