I have the full answer, but not now. As its in my PM folder at home. I think it was something along the lines of 7-10 PWs will be free as there are so many.
So many in group 1 off playercount, like 4.
And the other free in group 2 off playercount, and inspection improvment.
And the rest in 3.
I have forgot though, so the chances are thats all wrong. I asked about it so long ago. |
