Haven't you ever heard the phrase "The customer is always right"? So instead of banning the people that pay you, how about you actually try and do something to help speed up the process of the VIP stuff? Minoc is right when he said we should be able to complain. We pay for this game, how would you feel if you payed for a newspaper subscription and the paperboy was always late with your paper or never showed up at all? How would you feel if you called up the Newspaper and complained and they just said "You don't like the way we do things? Well no more news for you.".
