unixmad probably didn't know it was him or that he was banned on forums with other accounts.
I'd be personally outraged if he wasn't banned. Just because he appologizes for his past stupidity doesn't mean he should be given special treatment. He is clearly ban evading. Are you telling me that all the other people who have done this can get off the hook if they appologize for their idiocy? A system like that is truly screwed up.
