Actually, GrowlZ and myself have run in to an un-predictable occurance with the allplayers check of #F. Seemingly it didn't check only rcs. This was when we were resetting account with the npcs server. When an account is reset, strlen(#F)<=0 and thus the player is detected as an RC. "actionrconline" or an "actionnewrc" type of thing would be a welcomed addition.
