Mmm....no offense meant, but you might want to specify what type of graphics you'd like to learn to make.
It would be the same as someone saying "Teach me how to draw", ok, but draw how? You've got realism, cartoony, still life, scenery, anime-ish, etc.

The best advice I can give though, is once you decide what you'd like to improve at, just keep doing it. Practice is the best thing you can do. ^.^;
