I believe Girum (GhostPirate) had the pleasure of joining an arguement about this earlier. Yes he should'nt have to deal with you, or explain to you why he removed you. Oinkness is not a RP name it's more of a silly chat room name. Like gothic flame and stuff, those names are just assasine. AOL, iRC, MSN, aim, chat room lingo names, they just arn't accepted here.
