Well.. I am pretty sure the king or leader of kaitou is gonna be Kae... The king of Zorbi is gonna be Nappa probably, the king of Malenth is gonna be Tseng or someone that used to be very loyal to Dustari and the "king" of Ballasera should probably be a woman and instead of her being queen she should be governess because it sounds like more like it is a democratic place than a kingdom. |
