Aren't Queens usually more of symbolic figures? The way I see, as long as the men around, the women shouldn't have to make any big decisions. The Queen giving an order like "Send men to defend the west side of Dustari" is something that would seem to work better if Dustari's King was out with their soldiers attacking another kingdom. However, it might just depend on which kingom is in question, which each regarding women differently. |
