Nah, we've been in arguements about it.
I see it as, if you made it, then it's yours, but if you give it to a playerworld to use, you can't later come and be like "Take it down fool!", that wouldn't be fair. UNLESS however, there was an agreement. Like people who don't want their scripts used later, put things like:
//Used with permission by <maker>
//If requested to remove, it must be removed immediately
