Unless the engine was modified for learning spells and such (which it wasn't), your wisdom stat and wisdom skill level determine your % chance to learn a prayer.
Learning spells, on the other hand, is based on your intelligence stat and your magic skill level.
Learning skill scrolls is based on your intelligence stat and your mental skill level. |
