If you don't know what you're doing, don't advise others *sigh*. Why do I have a feeling this is why so many people are learning incorrectly?
It is not "something you add to the top so that scripts work online". It's not that at all.
//#CLIENTSIDE is a separator - that's all it is. Code above //#CLIENTSIDE is handled serverside, code below //#CLIENTSIDE is handled clientside.
