Consequinces for ksaying

Here are the consequinces for using the ksay when not permited:
If you have rights: #1 warning) All your rights get taken away/you get demoted #2) you get booted and you loose the right to participate in all my further events
If you dont have rights: You get removed and you loose the right to participate in all further events
