I know what you're saying, and it'd be great if it were like this, but it's hard to get a large community of different-minded people to do this one thing right. It could happen very though soon, a kingdom war, many Dustarians left Dustari for Zormite Republic, and I do recall Tseng telling him unloyalities, "Good luck, you're going to need it." Maybe something will spark from here on?
