Stealth is like a huge evasion ratio, basically if you are stealth it makes you harder to hit by i think 25% or 10% or something, now say, dual RoTs, double attuned to stealth, you have an unlikely chance of being hit unless your opponent has an immense weapon class, not to mention every 3 dexterity = +1 to armor class and armor class is as said in black armor thread, evasion. Basically stealth is the counterpart of increasing your damage, it makes you harder to hit and in the case of RoT makes you fast and have more evasion.
