Well if you've got a PC With MS Speech and good old Microsoft Sam, then make the Graal client interface with it, say, using a plugin. Then the computer does all the work, and your only transmitting text, which would THEN be voiced at the PC. Course, that wouldnt be much good for those without MS Speech but I'nm sure I saw a Windows patch for it for those who didnt have it.
It certaintly makes more sense than having to process all the sound and stream it. Too laggy and too much serverpower. |
