too many IP ranges for me ...

im am on one of those huge ISP's, with a dozen
access numbers to dial just in my local area, each one
starting off with the first three numbers being differnt.
The past two weeks alone, i'll bet I had a dozen differnt first three numbers, and for each of those, a dozen more dirrerent ranges for the next three sets. I really dont want to have to list
a hundred IP ranges in there ...

can we use one of those domain pointer services, like mygraalserver.freedns.com and point that to our IP every time we log in? then rc dan dynamically resolve the domain name to the ip address and let only our ip in ...
