Yeah. You can't say "These 5 players are representing my server" if you don't have at least 5 players, and if you're not public you don't have players.
Soulblade tried to swing a technicality as he had 5 beta testers, but "Friends of the owner" is a lousy qualifier. Hardly fair. |
