There hasn't been the need to formally define one. If we did, I imagine that it would be somewhere around 600 pixels.

1) Having freedom to choose any type of sig is not in any way connected to democracy.
2) We're not suppressing self-expression by limiting the size. We're just making the board more convenient for other users.
