Anyways, First you need to have your signature hosted somewhere. Then click the
button that is on the top 3/4 to the right. Then click the "edit profile" link that is 1/4 from the left top. Go to the box where you put your signature in and type:
(IMG)http://thelink.to/your/sig.sigext(/IMG)
Replace the '(' and ')' with '[' and ']'.
There ya go guy.
