but i think the PWA has one of the most important responcibilities...
it picks which servers can leave 'invisable' mode, and which have to go into that mode... meaning they need to judge the quality of all the servers online, and it's up to them which they think is a higher quality server...
also they are responcible for enforcing the general graal server rules (as far as i know), and even if they only had this job, you'd need more than just 2 people to enforce those rules accross like 50 servers
