in computer programming, when you create a languague and write a parser, one of the rules thats good to keep is backwards compatability as you roll out new versions.
Still, I remember now, hearing some of the reasons why its better to have an npcserver (npcs that can walk between levels, control of timeouts instead of laggy server strings, addweaon instead of toweapons to make updataes of npcs less easy to hack).
So, I ask again, can someone tell me where i can find a document that explains how to use an npcserver, that I can start figuring out how to implement it? |
