He was talking about it in Debug. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say thi or not, and I'm dredfully sorry if I'm not supposed to, but he was talking about how you can use server flags or something with (). I couldn't really understand it because it was a bunch of scripting mumbo jumbo.
