You havent offended me at all, i still respect you, your a great Manager and youve always helped me when i needed it.
And i do believe you, i just dont see how i can fire her for what happened because it doesnt actually affect how she holds her position as GP Chief.
If she were to abuse her rights or such, then i would be forced to take action.
Im not saying i agree with what she did, i dont, but it was off Graal, it cant be held against her on Graal.
