Incorrect. If something is copyright then you cant use it on anything for commerical needs (aka Graal). Era is techinically apart of Graal as an officality... so it falls under Graal.

Not true. A dairy farm machinery company tried to sue and stop Coca-Cola Company from using the name Surge as the name of one of its Drink's. (I think its coke.) Because they had the legal copyrights to the name Surge for one of the machines they produced.
So unless it's just my imagination when I see soft drinks with the name Surge on the labels... you can pretty much figure what the courts have decided on the matter.
