thought it was:
1ST + 2ND tab = Contain 7 best PWs
3rd = Rest
They rotate
every month. The currently online ones recive 6 months free hosting (If they apply for it).
And 3rd is only accessable by VIP + Gold, and the 1st+2nd get free hosting. If you are in the 2nd/3rd you will be rotated via PWA decisions? And 1st tab is by playercount, but 2nd tab will be influenced by it, actually I think its just PWA who decided up from 3, and not down from 2?
