Okay...obviously you guys DON'T UNDERSTAND the difference between a copyright and a trademark.
You
copyright works you've created, such as paintings, writings, drawings, graphics you make, websites you make, even layouts.
You
trademark company names and/or slogans.
Now, from your posts, i can see that you people still don't understand it completely (although protagonist seems to have some idea, but he called it copyright, so I'll explain it again).
When you trademark a name, you trademark that name
in relation to the field your company deals in. For example, there is a company called "Apple Computers." They own the trademark to the name "Apple" in relation to computers. Nobody else can have "Apple" in relation to computers. However, someone else can trademark "Apple" in relation to something else, such as flowers (and more than likely, someone already has).
So, Era
the real estate organization may have the trademarked name in their trade, but they do not have the trademarked name to
the graal playerworld.
