Unixmad doesn't have to pay to keep crappy PWs up. It's his game. So if he still does that, it's his fault only. He can't throw his problems on us.
But no... They keep up some pathetics PWs, and of course it costs money... But it costs money because they are dumb on not taking them down...

It costs either way to keep a good one or bad one up
The low quality worlds remain because they meet the minimum criteria to stay online. Its only if they have massive staff problems and the like that they get removed. Up until this point, quality has meant absolutely nothing to the majority of servers.
