Uhm... given we're talking about the same thing... doesn't it referr to the required wis-level? High (Gov and Ogma) is every 4, medium is every 6 and low is every 8 levels (go DianCecht...). From this, it'd be very hard to get something to DianCecht +4, but not impossible. How right/wrong am I here? °° |
