He is right, you know. PWA is really at best nothing more than a figurehead so to speak. Yeah, you have a tiny bit of power, but that power is only for pretty much reviewing worlds and doing what Nemesis askes of you. A lot of the things you do or want are voluntary and are really outside the scope of your authority.
