Well, first, you have to know how to handle girls.
If you try and come on too strong, they won't like you at all; all your chances are ruined right there.
It's best to sweet talk a little bit and be nice, but don't be overly nice. Just be friendly, but let her know that you care.
And then after a couple months of courtship/friendship/whatever you want to call it, you ask her out.
Remember: Kissing on the first date is fine; anything more isn't.
And please, wait until you're at least 20 to get engaged.
