This does not do the levels thing you were speaking of though

"it's not error-proof, as I made it in about 10 minutes, but it's multi-threaded (so it shouldn't be slow) and shells the gif2mng.exe that comes with Graal.. but does what it's supposed to, so I hope that's all that matters" It also supports drag and drop
