Don't get your undies in a bunch. The server is far from complete. The event island is changing soon, so just chill please.
As for staff roleplaying events and stories, well guess what, we have no GM, you can't expect Stefan to come on and do it, he's working on Graal with every ounce of spare time he has. I haven't even seen events being held lately, so I dunno what is going on. I'm just saying, this is just beta or whatever, you can't expect everything to be done now and everything to interweave with the story yet.
I wrote the storyline, and I think it blends well with what there is. It's quite difficult to write a storyling for GK, without bringing in entirely different things and making up stuff that doesn't sound believable. The evil bomies are spread out throughout the island, if you read the story, it explains that the evil bomies enslaved animals and stuff to try and drive the humans from the island. I don't think they can drive humans away from the main island if all the bomies are on a little island in the middle.
