There are only 5-6 good scripters that may measure up to Kaimetsu, and all of them are working for 2002.
There are many talented GFX Makers, they are as easy to come by nowdays as Level Makers. Mainly because most of LMs after looking at Birdbird_0 went into GFXs to increase the appeal of their levels
