Maybe, but people might look at what it says quickly (like I sometimes do) and confuse it with muscle spasms x-x

Then you would have to check how much your poison went up to, and for playesr with many resistances it may be hard to spot it amoungst all the others

maybe eventually, lots of other things need to be done too though
dont know what the plans are for that, but it would make the game more interesting as long as everyone had to have it on... would lag people though, and without it forced everyone just turns off lighting effects to have an advantage
