Antimagic Rune (spell)

Well, I cast it, in hopes that others won't be able to use spells in the radius of my spell. To my surprise, the only person who can't use spells, is me! Why would I want to stop myself from using magic? That is pretty ridiculous and it needs to be fixed. |
