If you're talking about current overworld babylon, yes I even agree that the levels and npcs aren't close to other server npcs. Babylon however was a hidden overworld which players can't see. The overworld is actully babylon's old overworld. NPC wise we may have a lead. All of the scripts on that overworld is being done by one scripter. So, please dont judge babylon till the other overworld is released
