I'm talking online though. It's silly to say "Everyone should just party, then the dungeons will be balanced" when most people meet only one or two players in their life who are willing to dungeoncrawl with them. If all players who want to dungeoncrawl log off at the dungeon and their NPCs gladly help out anyone who's going in, there will always be someone (player or NPC) to party with your wizard and act as Meat Shield. If all players in a kingdom log off at the kingdom wall, there will never be a time during which everyone in the kingdom is asleep and thus they're undefended. |
