Errm...evildievels and such cast just as fast as humans. Also...time should stay on healing prayers like heal, cure poison etc...This idea is stupid, it's fast enough. Seriously...if this was implied people like head could hold down a hotkey for a spell and cast constantly without running out of SP e_e |
