There is, in fact, a feeding trough. You drop food in it to fill it. It is designed that they eat without you manually feeding them. And yes, it's rather silly that they won't eat. When entering a room after a while, the horses should search for an available food supply, then deduct appropriately to what they would have eaten while you were gone if the script was running before deciding whether or not they're starving. Instead of the other way around - starving first, then looking for food. =_= |
