Walls- Look like a skin slapped on some sort of polygon, just turned diagonal. Try adding depth to it to make it look like rocks are coming out of it, and at the edge of where the wall meets the floor add some curves and rocks.

Hmm thanks, this has probably helped me more then anyone elses posts. Actually, my problem was I made them rather...hastily. I will go over and touch it up, when I actually need the tiles for a level (which has yet to occur x-x).
