I have a partial solution to your problem. Next time you're both on at the same time, hit F7 right click on his name select ignore. As for the other part if he's harassing you in game with profanity tell an RC and we can look into the said event.
But in regards to the pking you're out of luck there thats legal. Just play the games in non pking zones.
