Yes, he is, and Arwen, the problem is that your rank isn't above the rank that you are trying to change, like, for example, if queen is the parent rank of general and general is the parent rnak of soldier, you can promote soldier, but if queen isn't the parent rank or archmage, but archmage is the parent rank of mage, then you can't promote mage. |
