Would you like to know what the means? That means they are the boss, the big guy, the one making decisions. That does NOT mean they are complete slackers, not doing ANY work themselves. With game developement, everyone is doing alot of work. Graal is not a serious game developement deal, so Managers have no work (well, they always do, but I am using the word in the way you believe it is) if they abuse power and choose not to help. With that in mind, a Manager should be going out of his way to help, so a Manager should be making stuff.
And you wonder why you failed miserably as a manager.
A Manager of a server MUST make good stuff. But go ahead.
