Do you know what it is to Direct? Obviously Not.
To Direct something you must have an idea of where you plan to direct it to. Yeah that's right IDEA And if you are Directing a Server you must know how to Develop these ideas on where to Direct your server.
So don't tell me that all you had to do is hire, fire, and cordinate projects, that's only half the job.
