Be quiet, Excal. I've already stated that I'm not criticising N-Pulse on the legality issue, and I've explained how the thread doesn't strongly violate those rules.

It's not an assumption, it's a deduction. Why are you being so obtuse? Any action you commit implies that you possess certain characteristics. The implication is of variable strength (for example, if you pet a cat then it suggests that you're a gentle person, but this is only a weak implication. If you murder a person in cold blood then it strongly suggests that you're an evil-insane person), but I consider the act of uploading the draisine to be of sufficient strength to indicate a serious lack of creativity.
